About

Getting financial aid has become a critical part of the college experience, and as long as tuition and living expenses continue to rise on a yearly basis there will be a high demand for aid for many years to come. That being said, acquiring the necessary amount of financial assistance to help pay for college has become a fairly complex endeavor, and one that many students and parents aren’t too confident engaging in.

This is why I created StudentLoansWithoutACosigner.org, and hopefully by going over the materials that are found on this site both students and parents can better navigate their way through the financial aid landscape. Ultimately I would like this site to become a comprehensive resource about all things related to paying for college, from getting student loans, to acquiring the best scholarships and grants that are available.

I would like to pay particular attention to how financial need and credit play a role in getting the necessary financial aid to pay for school. The majority of aid that is available is based on these two areas, and by understanding how they affect the application process both students and parents can maximize their ability to get the most amount of aid at the lowest possible cost.

The Need for StudentLoansWithoutACosigner.org

Another one of the main reasons I created StudentLoansWithoutACosigner.org was because of the lack of available online resources that explain the financial aid process in a correct and appropriate manner. Most of the websites I found either focused on one specific area, were incomplete, or contained inaccurate, or out-date information. Some of them were simply of a poor qualify that I could never recommend to students and parents.

I therefore created StudentLoansWithoutACosigner.org with the intention of providing an online resource that was accurate, up-to-date, and as simple and straightforward as possible. The articles and media assets that are found here are very user-focused, and do not contain material that isn’t meant to be utilized by students and parents.

Recommendations and other editorial content are inserted to help users take action in an appropriate manner, with a particular emphasis on how to go about applying for the variety of financial aid instruments that are available.

Using StudentLoansWithoutACosigner.org

This site consists of articles and other assets that can be navigated to via several mechanisms. I tried to make it so that most of the articles can be accessed at the most via two clicks from the homepage. The two main ways to navigate to a particular asset stem from the use of the main navigation bar, and the sidebars—the main header contains headings that can direct you to the major areas of the site, while the sidebars can allow you to access particular categories and posts.

The primary topics that will be covered include the following:

  • Applying for Student Loans
  • Defining the Various Types of Student Loans
  • Completing the FAFSA
  • Comparing Federal and Private Student Loans
  • How to Get Student Loans Without A Cosigner and With Bad Credit
  • How to Apply for Scholarships
  • Getting the Pell Grant and other Federal Grants
  • Utilizing Creative Methods to Pay for School
  • Reducing the Cost of Attending College
  • Getting Financing Beyond Student Loans

The majority of the site will focus on student loans, and how to apply for both federal and private student loans. A major portion of the site will be dedicated to getting financial aid with bad credit or no credit, and another major area will be about how to get federal student aid, and how to complete the FAFSA.

StudentLoansWithoutACosigner.org will also cover the most current issues that have to do with paying for college, such as how the economy and government may affect the student loan industry.

About the Creator of StudentLoansWithoutACosigner.org

My name is Jeff Bullock, and I am the main creator of StudentLoansWithoutACosigner.org. I have been working as a financial aid professional for about eight years now, and am currently working in the financial aid office at a prominent university that is located in the southern part of the United States.

I hope that my years of experience can bleed through the articles and other assets that are found on this site, and I can personally attest to my level of effort in creating the absolute best website about financial aid I possibly could. Over time I plan on bringing in new authors and editors that can help provide content for the site. Therefore don’t be surprised if you find an article that is written by another author—I probably haven’t gone anywhere, I’m just trying to expand the site as quickly as I possibly can.

In the end I hope you all can benefit to at least some degree from the use of StudentLoansWithoutACosigner.org, and if you have any questions or comments please don’t hesitate to use the contact form that can be found via the top navigation bar.

Warm Regards,

-Jeff Bullock
